Course is in great shape. Greens are very well looked after, took a few holes to realize were slower than other courses I’ve played, but all 18 greens were very consistent!
Would have been nice if we had warmer weather. Teed off at 12;40pm and was only +7C brrr.
Front nine was a nice test to get you ready for the back nine. Played from the teal / green tees at 6300+ yds. Make sure you check the carts GPS, watch for fairway bunkers and hidden places that make your ball disappear, LOL
Will definitely be heading back for another round / revenge.
Oh, the ladies in the club house make a great Breakfast on the Bun. Beer pricing from the “Cart Girl” is cheapest Ive experienced!!!! Godda love golf and beer

McCormicks Ranch is an average course that is good for the high handicapper. Greens were a little inconsistent and shaggy on a few holes. Fairways were in decent shape for the most part - thin in a few areas - they must soak the course during the evenings because there were many “mud puddles” on the sides of the fairways / sprinkler heads.
I’ve booked all of my 6 tee times through Golf Now and paid the most for McCormicks Ranch.
I’m a 11 Handicap and in my opinion for the price there are far better courses around the Phoenix area.

If you enjoy challenging courses then this is a " Must Do"
There are a quite a few holes where you need strategy and then a couple where you can grip and rip it.
Sand in bunkers are consistent but watch out for the lips.
Fairways are in tremendous shape.
Greens are in nice shape and not as fast as some other courses I've played but all are the same consistent speed, watch out for the slight undulations.
If there is a flaw at this course it would be the tee boxes are a little to furry for my liking
Staff are friendly and helpful and treat guests as they should be treated.
And if you enjoy a great meal afterwards you must stop at the restaurant and have their Prime Rib Steak - Awesome!

This course is not for high handicappers.
If the pin is on the left side of the 17th hole aim for the Centre!!

Great value for a round of golf. Greens slower than other tracks but all were the same speed.

Played the 1st time yesterday and have booked another round.
Course is well laid out, but you definitely need to pay attention
to all of the bunkers. Starter told us to use the GPS in the cart - sure glad he did!!
Greens are true and fast, bunkers are looked after, fairways are manicured and completely covered with grass!
Staff are friendly and willing to look after all of your needs.
I'm a 9 handicap and the course gave me a good test.
Course is set up for all levels and I recommend it for everyone
Only issue is pace of play, 4hrs, 40 min - but then again I played with 3 fun ladies
and as we kept up with the group in front of us we didn't have to worry about the Marshall asking us to pick up our pace.
