First time playing this course and it has a lot of potential. Liked the layout and even though there are homes throughout, the fairways are wide enough for them not to come into play. There are several rough spots throughout the course in need of repair (greens and fairways), more so on the front nine, but all in all, it was something we could play through and had a nice round of golf, especially for the $17.00 we paid including cart. We will definitely play this course again.
