There has been a massive improvement to the course over the last few weeks. They still have some problems on the edges of a couple of greens and some of the tees are poor. They should keep the carts off the 12th and 16th fairways for overall protection. It was great to see it looking close to its best.

A reasonably priced golf course not too far away from the silly prices many Orlando courses ask. Friendly pro shop and although tees and fairways are not pristine, they are adequate and the greens are decent and a difficult read. On the bad side, there were no rakes for bunker maintenance and for first timers no indication of flag situation on the greens. I was fortunate to team up with someone who knew the course and was also great company. Isn’t golf great!!

Course in very good shape. Greens and fairways were very good. Some of the tees need a little maintenance. I think if they put their prices down a little, this course would be very busy, as it should be. The good thing at the moment is a sub 4 hour round is very easy, unlike some of other courses around Orlando where five hours is a norm.

Turned up not expecting too much after listening to locals, but they were wrong. Tees, greens and fairways in good condition. the only downside we’re the bunkers. The green fees we paid were great value for money compared to other courses around.

The course is fine. A few of the tee boxes need some help, but overall conditioning was good. Biggest problem here was the 50 minute delay to our start time due to a lack of carts. Not what you’d expect from a so called high end club. Staff were friendly. Corse is well worth playing when the sun is coming up, not going down!!

First time at Wekiva. A very good layout. Staff were great. Greens were good and the condition of the bunkers (as I was in many) was surprisingly very good. Unfortunately the rest of the course needs a lot of attention. Fairways and tee boxes need some grass. Off the fairways, not great but shouldn’t be there anyway. Hope they can sort it out.

First time playing here. Everything was reasonably good. Tees needed a good shave but greens were good. Not a bad layout. One par 4 on the back nine not very good for 90% of golfers. Would give it another go if it was a little closer as it’s reasonably priced to others around this area.

A most enjoyable four hours. Good experience from arrival to departure. Greens are good and course set up very well. Cart path only from 12-17, was the only downside, but understandable after the rain lately.

Chose this course to play on a short vacation to St Pete’s. Good choice. All the staff were friendly. The three lads that let me join them were great company. The course was in great shape from tee to green. Good mixture of holes with some wide open shots and some really tight ones. Well worth a visit.

Mystic Dunes is a course that needs a bit of tlc. It has many resort courses around that are in much better shape but they do have a great interesting layout. Greens were smooth but slow. Some of the fairways were poor but others were decent. Tee boxes were again inconsistent. The facilities are first class and hopefully those in charge will invest to compete with those around. Staff weren’t the happiest apart from the Barman in the 19th. Please don’t let this be another Orlando course to fall by the wayside.

A most enjoyable afternoon playing a decent track with some good company. Course in good shape apart from the last few holes which were still a little damp from the summer rains. Staff were excellent, from bag drop to pick up. Practice facilities in very good nick. GPS in the carts were helpful and accurate. Greens ran true and many were tricky to read with subtle variations. Bunkers in good shape in stark contrast to others in the area.

There are always decent places to play when you venture forth towards downtown Orlando and this was one. A busy course that wasn’t slow even though it included a 5-ball, two groups ahead. Friendly and in decent condition. Will play again.

A very enjoyable layout. It is challenging with some tough pins on a few holes. Well worth a visit if on vacation.

I have played Hawks Landing a few times in the past few years and have always enjoyed it as I did this time. The course has a little maintenance going on so a few bunkers and other certain areas are GUR. Generally the course is in very good condition and a great test of golf. The only disappointment were some of the golfing staff were not as friendly as some of there counterparts on other similar up market courses.

Very enjoyable 9 holes first thing in the morning. Starter very friendly and jovial. A couple of the holes are a little bland but the rest have good character and are still a test though on the shorter side. Value for money was excellent with golf now deal.
