Before I rant about the negative features of the course, I'd like to point out the positive, which was the staff. The gentleman in the pro shop was very accommodating, friendly and professional. The bartender was very nice and talkative and the ranger was very thorough. My playing partners and I agreed the one positive aspect of this course was the staff.

Unfortunately, the negative aspects of this course far outweigh the positive. I will not be able to recommend this course to anyone due to it's poor condition. We were advised the course was "making a comeback", however, it will need many months of nurturing if it's truly going to "come back."

I told my playing partners that on a number of holes, a bombing range was in better condition than the fairways. The greens - well not green, not smooth and it was like playing on gravel. An aerated green is easier to putt on than the greens at Magnolia Plantation.

It's really ashame that this course is in this poor of condition. I can only hope it comes back. I should have taken into account other player's reviews before booking our round.

I've played here once before; however I think the course isn't marked well. It's confusing to get from the practice range to the 1st tee. I would suggest improved marking. The tee boxes are pretty beat up, but the fairways and greens were in pretty decent shape. No cart girls on a Saturday so make sure you have plenty of water. Course played well and it's a really good value. I will certainly play here again.

I was very impressed with the course, the greens are quick, the fairways are in great condition and the yardage was accurate. The staff are very courteous and professional.

Course played nice. Fairways were in decent shape and the greens were taken care of. My rating would have been higher, however there was not a cart on the course. When it's 100 degrees, have someone selling drinks - you would have made a killing. We did run into a group of 5, thankfully that was on the 18th hole. For the most part, an enjoyable course.
