Mystic Dunes golf course needs attention. New home development is causing some somewhat challenging directions is getting from hole to hole. It appears that when finished, golf carts will cross a 4 lane paved roadway several times.
Green were somewhat burned out, but work was being done on fertilizing. Fairways have developed several different kinks of grass. On our back nine (holes 1-9) all the tee markers had been removed, apparently for proposed work. Would have been better if tee markers were removed just before work commenced.
Wooden bridges had wood overlays installed in traffic area, but they were very deterioted.

Had played golf course before, and always thought it was in good condition. This is no longer the case, however price of golf has been reduced to reflect current condition.

Thought that price of practice range balls was high $6.50 for bucket of 40 balls.
