Great layout, friendly staff, good bang for your buck, could use some attention payed to detail such as better directional markers, sand trap maintenance.I enjoyed the challenge & would play their again!

This course is the worst course I have played on in the Phoenix area. Conditions dry, very little grass, trees are dead, greens hard as rocks. Its like someone went crazy planting out of bound steaks everywhere on the course property. Just trying to find the next hole you almost need a gps. while your driving down residential streets.

I wanted to make sure your review is of the right course...as we are located in Tucson over 100 miles away from Phoenix.
While the trees appear dead, it is because the majority of them shed their leaves in the winter time, like most trees across North America, other than pine trees. We have only overseeded the tees, fairways, and greens and green surrounds, (like many courses in the southern United States)so there appears to be very little grass, but actually the "dry" grass is actually dormant ...also because we are just coming out of winter. Our greens are firm and fast by design.
Directional signs are posted on cart paths prior to crossing any neighborhood streets, so we are sorry you had trouble negotiating your way around.
We'd love for you to come back and try the course later this spring and see if your experience is better, as the dormant Bermuda grass will have awoken!
Please understand this response isn't to undermine your review, but we rely heavily on reviews, and we feel your highly negative review is unfair and will influence people to not come play here. Most of our reviews are in the 4-5 star range since new ownership has taken over and made significant changes.

Course was a little dried out but very acceptable!
The only dry spots are the rough as that grass is dormant this time of year....Fairways and greens are nice and greens rolling fine. Played there same day so not sure what you were referring too?

Course great, fantastic lounge & restaurant, with most Mickey Mouse set up to try & get food @ drinks on the 19th hole I've ever seen.
