First time to play Palm Cove. Friendly staff and nice course to play even though I lost about 5 balls. A lot of water, narrow fairways and tall ruff so you must keep the ball in the fairway. Better for short hitters. I look forward to playing this course again.

This the first time I have played Martin Downs. Although it had rained quite a lot the night before the curse had drained well. The ground keepers had gone out early to blow the water off the greens so they were playable. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The traps had standing water because of all the rain. I play for the senior tees and the course was challenging yet I could still get a lot of pars if I put the ball in the fairway. I am looking forward to playing the course again in the future.

The Boone course is a beautiful setting. The course lay out is very challenging. Playing in the morning the grass is wet so adds more strokes vs. afternoon when dried out. Also, pin placements can be very challenging...and require vey precise approach shots and putts...easy to 3 putt many holes.

Don't get to disappointed with your score...just enjoy the beauty of the course.
