This course, the fairways and the greens, was in the best condition of any course I've played yet this year. Our only complaint was we were waiting sometimes up to 5 minutes on a tee box. I am not sure if this is the norm out there, or if we just had a really slow group in front of us. I think it may be the latter. The clubhouse is closed on Mondays so we didn't get there. We will definitely be back. We thought it would take a lot longer to get there and it's not that far. The scenery is gorgeous.

Golf in AZ in the winter is SO expensive, we decided to try this course because it was a reasonable cost. We will be back. The course is fun, the staff is very friendly. The only comment I would make is they could make a really big difference in the atmosphere of the course if they just picked up all the garbage around in the creek bed and all over. Also, we were lucky to be paired up with someone who had played the course before and his tips and knowledge on some of the holes made a big difference.

I really like this course. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent was because the parking is a bit difficult and the day we played the course was very wet, which is not anything they had any control over, but just noting it. It's a challenging course and you must hit the ball straight or you will be in trouble with the narrow fairways. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome and emphasized the fun aspect of golf. Beautiful views. And of course the restaurant Tonto afterwards is a must, although be sure you have a reservation or you may not get in.

A good value for the money. The Sunday brunch looked good although we did not eat there. Next time!

I am visiting for a month and so far this is the best public course I've played. I only wish it had a driving range.

The course was in rough shape, especially the driving range. The staff is great.
