Overall I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. This was my first time at Boca Grande. I was paired with a threesome that had played the course many times so that was a great help. Greens and fairways were in gear shape. The approaches to several of the greens had recently been repaired, but that was not a big deal. Plenty of sand in the bunkers. I would totally play this again if I were staying longer.

I really liked the couse. Lots of different options for handicaps off the tees. Overall course fairways and greens were in great shape except for the sand bunkers. They lacked sand and had lots of invasive weeds.
The Rawls Course at Texas Tech

Dry Creek Ranch Golf Course

marshal came to us on the 16th hole and asked us to leave as we were the only one on the course and he wanted to go home. We were a fore-some playing a an average pace and we were all intermediate golfers. He said if we could not leave then we needed to proceed very quickly to finish. I have never encountered this type of rude behavior on a course. We started at 2:08 and finished at 6:05.

excellent course, well maintained. Several holes have narrow fairways with lots of trees that make it quite a challenge.
Glad to here you enjoyed it. Those narrow, tree-lined fairways sure turn what looks like an straight forward course on paper into a difficult one. You're not alone there. Thanks for playing!

Came from Elk grove so the course is a bit of a drive. Overall for winter golf it was pretty good. Fairways are almost all brown but the greens were in pretty good shape for the time of year. Lots of trees to contend if you don't keep it on the fairway. Most enjoyable. Bunkers have great sand.
