Played this course after aeration because of the price.. However suspect prior to this the tee boxes were some good, some bad. Greens showed numerous brown spots which were being worked on. Fairways mostly grass and played well. This course is an average course, in a senior community, but normally it is a bit over priced and early morning tee times are hard to get because of preference to residents. I will not consider this course again.

Very good course to play but would not recommend for novice players. Back tees provide challenges to very experienced players. Will play again

Course was in excellent condition. Appeared well maintained including the sand bunkers. Staff was very friendly in explaining course details. We will play this one again.

The Golf Course has 3 nine hole courses. The two I played were rated at a par 67. Most greens were in good shape, Fairways were good overall with just a few rough areas, the tee boxes were OK depending where you played from. Most holes are pretty wide with lots of room for error. It is an enjoyable course to play and is really designed for the high/mid handicap golfer. Staff in the Pro-shop was very helpful.

Course was in excellent condition. Staff could not be more attentive. Number 17 is a killer!

This is a excellent course for just about any golf skill level, except beginning golfers. Overall course was is excellent condition and the holes range from fairly easy to difficult. The only thing I would like to see more visible yardage markers

When I played this course it was in overall good condition (greens had been aerated approximately a week earlier). Tee boxes and fairways were in very good condition. It has a couple of bunker carries and one water carry which are a reasonable driving distance for the average golfer. Some fairways have a couple of tight spots to hit through or you end up in the woods. Course staff was friendly

I have played this course about a dozen times and have always found it to be in good condition. Moderately challenging overall with some fairly forgiving fairways. Course staff friendly and helpful. Will play this again with my group

Fun to play course. Some easy holes and a few more difficult ones (for me). Tee boxes and fairways are in very good condition however several greens are beat up with sand spots

This course has been established for a number of years so it has plenty of old tree growth. Tee boxes were in fair to poor condition. Greens were in fair condition. I have played this course at other times and found the overall conditions then better then now.

This course looks too squeezed together. Tee boxes & Fairways run next to each other and a stray shot can cause someone else damage. Fairways are very rough with many sand spots. I will not be going back.

This course is in excellent condition. The greens (I was told) were built to PGA standards. Challenging even for single digit handicap golfers.

Great course for a middle to high handicap golfer.
