Course was in great shape, staff very friendly. Pace of place was 4.5, so a little slow but not terrible.

Golf now hot deal was the way to go.

Greens were aerated 2 weeks ago. Front nine greens were fine, back had lots of holes yet.

Course was in great shape, staff very friendly. The first few holes are tight driving, but after number 4 it opens up. Greens are NOT big and have supple slopes and varying shapes.

Course is not super long,but requires shot asking to score. No tricked up holes. Fun to play and you can make it as challenging as you want to based on the tee you are playing.

Course played much longer than the started yardage. Fairways were wet from rain so no rollout at all. Greens were a little slow, held well and rolled true.

Bunkers had shallow sand, hard packed underneath.

Overall a very nice resort course with very generous fairways and big greens

course is immaculate. Greens were just rolled today and were probably 11 on the stint meter and were in great shape.

Fairways were very good and the rough was not overly difficult.

I played this after playing the Oak Marsh course, which is much nicer. Course was empty, and I was a single so zipped around.

Overall, the course is fairly short, but has 2 long par 4s from the tips, and does has a fair amount of WOW holes but a lot of mediocre ones.

The views by the Ocean are great, and with the wind can make some holes VERY difficult.

Not sure I would want to pay more than 50 bucks for this one, if you have a choice, play the Oak Marsh course.

Nice layout, most holes are through the trees but not super tight. Driving range is nice and practice putting green were fine.

I signed up for the eclub and for a special rate of 33 dollars.

Range was closed for mowing, bad timing. Course was in decent shape, tees were burned but that's ok, makes it easy to tee ball to correct height. Fairways were ok, greens were sanded but rolling fine. Traps need some help, not much sand and very packed.

Fairways are wide, greens have nice bailout areas and the layout is very nice. I actually expected much more undulations but this is NOT a typical Nicklaus course that way. Greens have gentle slopes, very playable

Overall, this bis a nice course in decent shape and a great value for the money.

Course had good reviews and we got a good price on Golfnow so we gave it a shot. Course was pretty empty.

Weather was overcast and warm, but very windy.

Course is fairly tight, so you must drive straight. Tees were not in the best shape, a lot of brown spots but they were level so it did not cause a problem.

Fairways were ok, greens were quick and in decent shape. Sand in traps was nice to hit out of.

Overall, the course is decent, it just lacks a WOW factor and is not as pristine or green as others in the area. We had just played Osprey Point, which is terrific, so that was my reference course for this review.

Overall, if you can get a decent rate, play the course and you will have a good time. Make sure you select the correct tees or you will not enjoy it.

after reading all the reviews I guess I expected more from this course. Overall an OK course. It certainly was not a high level one so if you're looking for a half decent course if you can get a good price on golfnow.com go for it otherwise save your money.

This is a great course in excellent condition. A must play in OCM

After years of neglect, the Hawk is in good shape again. Greens are in great shape, bunkers with new sand, all carts have windshields now,

While the course is not country club conditions, it is in really good shape.

You have to be playing well to score well here due to the sloping greens. It is a fun course to play and I will be back
