Stopped playing here a couple months ago because of the deteriorating conditions. Since we’ve had decent rain the past month I thought I’d give it a try again. Still terrible. I played a Sunday and nothing was cut: tee boxes, rough, etc. Holes beat up - looked like they hadn’t been changed. Greens have always been smooth and fast - not any more. Maintenance is almost non-existent.

Fairways starting to burn out a bit (expected this time of year). Greens still rolling quick and true.

However…it’s a “holiday” (Father’s Day) and the temp was going to be under 100. Just how do you NOT plan for increased traffic and run out of carts by 9:15??? We didn’t get to play with the rest of our group - they had a cart and we didn’t. Waited about 40 mins for a cart and teed off about 15 mins late.

Granted…stay in the fairway. Fairway moderately in shape. If not in the fairway there is nothing but hard pan. Sorry…at this point, not worth the gouged prices being charged.

Both the fairways and greens look like they haven’t been mowed in several days. Fairways furry so no roll on any drives. Greens shaggy and mostly unputtable....played “no three-putts” because of the horrid speed. Several of the holes, but not all, looked like they haven’t been moved in a while (rounded edges). There is no excuse for this at this time of year...the weather is mild. The course should easily be in decent shape.

I pride this course on NEVER being in bad shape - even in the heat of August. I’ve been playing it for 10 yrs and this is THE WORST I’ve EVER seen it. I payed $40 to play and it was $40 too much.

Large and fast greens. Off fairways most everything is dormant and brown.

2-somes needed to be combined to even out the pace of play.

Normally fast greens were so shaggy we had to play “no 3 putts.” Almost impossible to putt. Rest of the course in decent shape.

Warm up area horrible. I don’t pay $10 to hit off mats!!!

Fairways in good shape and greens are immaculate and quick as always.

Even with a cool and wet “winter” the course is ridiculously dry and bare. That seems to be a given so...

Can you at least put reflective tape on the flags so I can get an accurate distance??? Three flags were broken anyway. Can’t imagine that costs more than $25 to do.

One of my favorite layouts. It is a delight to play this course.

My only negative response is that there is typically little sand on the carts for divots. I take divots when I hit my wedges and need to fill them with sand. I also fill one another divot or two because others are lazy and don’t repair. My cart almost always has under filled sand

Greens still healing and cut way too slow as to be un-puttable. Will wait a while before coming back.

If you like blind shots, marginal quality fairways, and slow greens this course is for you...it isn’t for me. A couple holes were interesting but overall the layout wasn’t good. I now have a second course on my no play list.

Kudos though to the great staff. I managed to be stupid as leave a club on the course which they rescued and returned to me. Thank you!

It’s not THAT expensive to put reflectors on the pins so that the distance finders will work. I could only hit less than half of the flags and don’t have a cheap finder. Frustrating for something that is SO commonplace today.

If you can't play from the sand I wouldn't recommend this course. Very challenging but loved it.

One negative comment: signage between holes is very poor. Took wrong turns three time - even wound up on the other course once. Need signs at the forks like most other courses do

Greens not cut - to the point of almost being unputtable. I don't what the stimp meter would have been but it couldn't be much more than 3 or 4. A 15 ft putt would've traveled 30-40 feet on Troon greens.

Rough not cut in several days on the front side. Many 6-10" pockets for the ball to disappear. Spent a lot of time searching for balls just off the fairway.

Still shot 77 but...wasn't a lot of fun.

Could not hold a green even with an extremely high ball flight. Putted OK but hard as a rock - nothing stuck. Fairways in decent shape
