Improving
Course is in much better shape than when I played it in the spring (it was a cow pasture then). This time I paid $10 on a hot deal but I would not pay more than $30 for sure.

Challenging Greens
I’ve played this course of number of times but it’s been a while. The course was in pretty good shape. The greens have lots of undulations and the pins were placed in challenging locations which made for likely a couple of extra strokes over the course of the game (not a complaint, simply an observation). Would not hesitate to do this course again.

Too much sand on greens
The course was in pretty decent shape considering the recent weather but might as well been putting in a sand trap.....way too much sand on the greens.
