Young course....
Initial doubts coming to the first tee. Greens were ok but a little too slow. Sands were brutal.....just PEI dirt. Attractive. Has good potential. BUT CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE! Paid $15 on a hot deal.

It is one of these residential courses... But has been cut out of some pretty rough nature.

Fun time
Hard to believe that this course was built in 1999. Very mature. Excellent greens. Requires straight drives but the rough is not totally unfriendly to balls. Could use some cleaning up in the rough. Balls off the fairway are frequently lost.
