Bear Creek Golf Complex - Cub Course
Played On 01/29/2017Good executive course
The course is in good shape and is a good executive course. You can use all clubs in the bag. My honest advice ( I have been playing golf for over 30 years and still shoot upper 80's, so I am not saying this because I am full of myself) is this- don't play this course on a weekend if possible- too many people out there who need to spend time on the range seeing if they can actually hit a ball. It was 4 hrs to play, too long for a short course. If you can play during the week it might be better. I know that people want to learn the game, but the driving range is where a lot of folks that I saw today should be. You would think that the high prices this time of year would keep the worst hackers away, but I guess times have changed. Play this course during the week, it is challenging enough and in fairly good condition, if you want to work on your irons and save a little money during this time of outrageous pricing here in the valley!!

Course in great condition pace of play 4 hrs. A few driveable par 4's. Challenging course, worth it now for around 30 bucks. This is a good place to hone in your short irons and at this slightly higher price for this time of year I didn't see as much riff-raff on course as I do when it's cheaper. I would recommend give it a try.
