better than average for overseeing prep

knew ahead of time that they were preparing for overseeding, so no surprise (like some other courses) of what the conditions would be... course was still playable, employees are always friendly.. enjoyed playing one last time before the prices go up and the crowds come... will miss summer golf at View Point.
