Heavy morning rain drove most of course. We started when rain ended, thus could play quickly. Course drained better than many Florida course, but still cart path only, with long walks into the fairway. Holes were somewhat repetitious with mounding. Water wasn't extremely close except on one hole

Thursday afternoon resulted in a 5 hour round with waiting on every shot. Saw a marshall once in 18 hours and they were 50 yards away. Bad design with multiple water hazards at 170-210 yards from the blue tees (6500 yards) with too short white tees. Only saw food cart on 8 and 17. Course wasn't in bad condition and would be walkable, but the normal (according to the regulars in my group) slow play will result in my going elsewhere.

Had the first tee time as a single so played at my speed (quickly). Course was in great shape, very true bent grass greens. Overseeded this time of year so green. If I could play a course every day, this would be it. Moderately scenic, desert is close but not intrusive.

Course is relatively flat, in housing development, and in great condition. Played through 1 group, so essentially had the first tee time so reasonably speedy. Was on a trip with World Woods and Streamsong, so course suffers in comparison. WW in particular is a much better value.

More visually attractive than the Oaks course, but also not for the crooked hitter. Natural areas could use some TLC, and firmer conditions.

We played green tees very comfortably, but it plays longer. Lots of elevation change for Florida. Overseeding with rye slowed the fairways and the greens. Practice area is immense. Hardly anybody there on a Saturday.

Played on a Sunday. Rained off after 14 holes and 4 1/2 hours. Fun, fast greens even after recent rains. I'd love to come back when a reasonable pace could be found, or just to spend a day around the greens.
