The changes to the now hole 10 and now 18 have gimmicky effect on 10 and ruined a previous good risk reward par 5 18th turning it into a gimmicky par 4. The spent significant dollars to lessen the product quality in my opinion.

Greens run true, tee blocks and fairways are good.. Well conditioned and well designed course. Friendly and helpful staff. As with most Florida courses no rangers are used and a 5 some of weak golfers encountered on back nine was a disaster. They were oblivious to holding up the entire course with three groups waiting on each tee as a result and this on a day when the course wasn't busy. This will need to be addressed or there will be repercussions.. Hopefully it is a one off but how would anyone know without a ranger. I have seen courses who didn't address this end up closing.

This is a good course to play. Everything well run and course is a good layout, player friendly for all levels of play and maintained to a high standard. You can't go wrong here.

Greens are excellent now. Rest of course shows signs of neglect. This used to be and excellent course. It is encouraging to see the greens back however the rest of the course needs some attention before it becomes another pasture. It was not busy when I played which was wonderful but I can't help but wonder if people are boycotting it because the temporary greens of the past have left them feeling ripped off. Looks to me like this course can not afford any miss steps going forward or it will close for good. Good luck, I really enjoyed this golf course back in its day.

Well trained and helpful staff. Course conditions are second to none. Layout had a couple of Quirky holes. Experience overal was as you would expect.

Greens are in great shape, although a little slow and fairways are green. This is an absolute lute bargain at this price.

This course is a good course, excellent greens although slower than the sister course and putting green but still run very true. The fairways and tee blocks are in good shape. It wasn't busy so as a twosome was able to talk and play in under 3 hours on this day. I have played a 5 hour round on the sister course which is too difficult for some people to play. As a result this course is excellent value.

I have played all over the world and this course, the staff, amenities and value for the money rate up with the best. Only issue was pace of play which is a result of the value I guess.

The greens are fast and true. Fairways and rough was dormant as you would expect. There was a u.s.g.a. girls tournament that we played after. The pro got creative and started us on the 15th hole and then went to the 1st after 18 which meant the playing pace of the tournament had no effect on our round. I appreciate him doing this as it made all the difference to our round. This course is an absolute bargain at this price.

This course is in good shape with the greens being excellent. the fairways are wide open leaving the challenge to the green speed and undulations.

The greens are fast and true. The tee blocks are excellent and the fairways are in great shape. The greens superintendent has done a remarkable job with this layout and the owners have obviously supplied the required resources to allow the superintendent to do his job. Well done.

Fairways are in better shape than usual. The greens are very slow due to over seeding and will be fine in 3 weeks.. If you are looking for a bargain priced course to play this may be it but the greens are too slow due to the. over seeding but should be fine in about three weeks.The pace of play was fine to-day.also.

This course is ok for first time out swinging a club after a long layoff. The over seeding of the greens has not taken hold yet leaving the greens slow and causing them not to roll true. Give this course 3 weeks before you play it if you want decent greens.

This course always has good greens. having said that they were just sanded and not all greens had the sand worked in to the green. The superindent here has always kept the greens in good shape and I have been playing this course for about 6 years. The tees, fairways and bunker edging could be criticized but my guess is that is a reflection of the money made available to the super and not his expertise. The pro shop is now bare of merchandise and the staff I encountered was friendly. This course has a good layout save for about 3 holes that have blind hazards if you are a first time player here. Looks to me as though there may be financial issues here so do not join as a member or buy a group on you plan to use in six months. I recommend this course at the $30 range for this time of the year.

Some people rate this course highly and some rate it as terrible. Let me try to clarify. If you paid over $20 you were ripped off. This course is in poor shape but as the saying goes you get what you pay for so do not expect a great course for $20. The pro shop staff I engaged with was disinterested, the cart guy didn't put my bag on the cart. I had to do it myself, so not really sure his purpose other than to hand out the cart key. This along with the shape of the course places it clearly at the 2 star level. So if you are ok with a course in poor shape then pay your $20 and enjoy the course for what it is.
