Course had good bones I guess.
Condition is average at best.
Pace is painfully slow. Had a 12 tee time for 18. This is a 9 hole course so our back 9 tee time was 2:20. Yes 2 hrs 2 mins later. I questioned this to be extremely slow but to my shock they nailed it. 2:21 we teed off for 2nd 9. Felt like 4 hours.
We left after 15 holes. Couldn’t sea with it anymore. Nothing special tho talking to a couple “members “ Suing one of our many waits on the tee said it “used to be great”.

Myself and my two sons ages 16 & 13 booked this course while on a long weekend in Cape Cod. We had a great time. It plays as a links style course. It is mostly par 3s with maybe 4 par 4s and a par 5 to close your round. It's a beautifully designed course. Lined with trees and houses. You absolutely need to get a cart unless you want to walk an extra 5 miles. Some holes are very spread out.
This is a no-brainier stop if you are looking for an fun round of golf.
