Have played here before and course conditions were as good as ever. From quality tee boxes, good fairways and challenging greens.
Nice water features and decent sand traps.
4 hour smooth pace of play.
Definitely a keeper in the West Valley.

Played as a 5some in 4 1/4 hours.
All aspects of the course in great condition.
Wide fairways are offset by undulating greens so overall somewhat challenging.
Good layout, particularly on front 9, compared to some of the other Sun City courses.
Very patient and friendly staff.
Great price on Golfnow.
Practice green by clubhouse is somewhat unrealistic.

Course not as lush as I recalled it from driving by.
Otherwise, it is a great challenge
Reasonably wide fairways with some very difficult placement requirements given the many fairway bunkers. Also, a few blind shots that make it very tough on first time players of this course.
While some par 4's are not terribly long, many are uphill and to elevated and well-guarded greens.
Some of the greens, all of which were in very good condition), are ridged (deceptive tiers) to add to the challenge.
We played at noon and never saw anyone until we were putting out on #18. Like having a private course.
Definitely worth another play.

Greens/fairways in great condition. Cart path only was not really an issue. Front 9 layout not overly challenging with pretty straight forward holes. Back 9 more interesting and more aesthetic.

Friendly welcome, tee times on time, good condition, true greens 4 hours, 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon (good).

Overall good pace of play, although the back nine was somewhat slower. No marshall in sight.

Having said that, the fairways, rough and greens are in top condition. True greens. Nice variety in hole shapes and bunkers well-placed.
Pace of play was excellent on front nine. Unfortunately, very slow back nine. A walking 2some 2 groups ahead did not have the good sense to let a riding 2some play through. A very slow 4some ahead of them made matters worse. Too bad no marshall. Overall play time was acceptable.

Good reception at pro shop. Running some 15 minutes behind and pace was slow for a par 59 executive course - overall just under 4 hours. Somewhat understandable for a course that fits well with novice golfers. Some very long and challenging par 3's. Easy Par 4's. Opportunity to use just about every iron in the bag. Fairways were average and some of the greens were very thin for grass.
Good value for the money.

The title applies to both the staff and the course.
Some of the best overall conditions I have experienced in moderately priced courses. The greens sctually have a good amount of real grass.
Generous fairways for those that tend to spray the ball.
Some very challenging par 4's over 400 yards from the White tees.
Even though a good distance from the West Valley, definitely a keeper.ood and beverages but selection was wide and pricing reasonable.

Given a 2.5 hour frost delay, our 1:00 pm tee time was only delayed 30 minutes. Course packed but still played in just over 4 hours. Course conditions were excellent. Real grass on greens that ran true, fluffy aprons so no off the grren putts that are so common on many other courses, lush fairways and tee boxes. A real treat for a bargain internet price.

Some interesting holes and opportunity to work your irons.
Hardly anyone on the course. Played in a little over 1 hour.
Course in reasonably good conditions. Prices vary widely. Look for a Hot Deal.

As usual, the course was in excellent condition. Lush green fairways, true greens. Wonderful scenery and many birds merrily chirping.

Was a member here 4 years ago. On arrival, Chuck immediately recognized me and greeted me warmly. Pace of play was good at just under 4 hours. Course conditions as good as I recalled. Great finishing holes at 17 and 18. Greens were in good condition and pins placements were challenging.

Tee boxes, fairways and greens in great shape. Front nine greens exceptionally challenging if you end up above the hole.
Back nine has nice water features.
Excellent sand in most traps that are very inviting.
Lots of trees and playable rough.
Good contour on several holes and challenging Par 3's.

The course has wonderful character with ample dog legs, both right and left, to challenge all types of players.
A welcome change from so many humdrum layouts.

The Par 3's were challenging with good water features.
Sand traps were strategically located. Some could have benefitted from more sand.

The only disappointment was that few of the Par 4's and 5's had much character, ie: no dog legs.

Very acceptable pace of play for a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

9 hole executive course played twice from different tee boxes that play quite differently. Holes are straight forward (no dog legs) with 1 hole with water feature and several with sand. Lush greens run true and were reasonably quick. Great walking course. The number of Quail is outstanding. Lots of desert rough. Would definitely play again.
