Thankfully we played when carts were allowed on the fairways. This course is a nightmare when you are confined to the cart path. Many wide fairways and the cart path is quite often elevated over the fairway to the side. Lots of walking/climbing when you can't ride on the fairway.
That said - great course. Really well maintained, great greens (even early in the year today), everything clean and well cared-for. Good shots rewarded, bad shots punished. I recommend...

This course is a bit long but not so much as to be a problem, The greens "protect" the course. A flat green is a rarity here - but everything putts true to its appearance.
Our day was hot and the greens were a bit speedy in addition to the breaks. Overall I would say the greens are challenging, but fair.

Other than I can't understand why they allow fivesomes (and others) who hold up those behind them - a really nice well-managed place.
Nice layout, well maintained but not excellent, and very friendly and accommodating staff.
We are playing there again this week - and will try to avoid "The Over-the-Hill Gang."

Well kept, friendly staff, requires some thought.
Greens are fast but readable.
Better shape than most city courses.

Nice place even with fairways dormant. Greens also very fast.

Tough the first time! Looking forward to playing again with knowledge I have now. Short, but demanding accuracy. Beautiful views.

Not pristine - but this is October in Florida.
Nice design with risk reward and only "fair punishment" if you terribly mishit or make a foolish choice.

Staff is very pleasant and "down to earth."
Altogether a really good value at the low rate I got using golfnow.com.
Everyone should play here at least once if you are in the area!

A well designed course that would be excellent if given more attention and money.
Play requires thinking about risk/reward and you can't just "start here and keep hitting until you get there."
Unfortunately, the maintenance of the course is not what it should be and it has deteriorated since I last played here approximately 5 years ago. Clubhouse is in downright disrepair and additionally is not as clean as it should be.
Since I played at a rate of only $20 through GolfNow it was still a good deal. For $30 or over it would not be a good choice.

Far more hilly than most Cincinnati area courses. Well maintained and the greens were excellent.
White (middle) tees provide an honest challenge for "less than excellent" golfers while still allowing approaches with short to middle irons in most, but certainly not all, cases if you are driving it into the fairway or close to the fairway.
A fair test and enough different to be lots of fun as an occasional change of pace.
