We had to wait for walkers on the 12 hole before we could tee off. Two men proceeded to walk directly in our line of flight. We waited. They showed no concern that they were in danger of being hit with our drives. Even a resident stopped and said it is unfortunate that we had to wait for rude resort visitors.
For a golf resort the atmosphere is more a family theme park than a true golf resort.

Played recently and was rudely warned by a marshal that our group was behind. I admit we started off with some difficulty, but were watching for the foursome behind us if we were holding them up. We never saw that group wait for us. The marshal returned and repeated, rudely that we were behind and that he was relying on GPS to determine we were behind. We stepped it up on one hole by picking up two putts. Here's the problem. We played the first nine holes in 2 hours and one minute. So, exactly how were we playing so slow that we needed to be so rudely treated. There is more to the story. We arrived at the 17th hole. There were four groups on the tee waiting to tee off. Two groups visibly on the fairway. The marshal was no were to be found. We waited over 20 minutes to tee off. We eventually finished our round in 4 hours and 25 minutes.
Let me point out that the marshal said we would never catch up to the earlier groups in front of us.
Terrible treatment and the marshal should take lessons in pace of play and watching the real slow players.
The staff offered us a drink after we voiced our concern. We did not accept the offer. Too little, too late.
Won't be going back.

Fairways are sparse. Could be stressed from high heat. Disappointed a group of five tried to sneak in on our turn. Why would the pro shop permit this?

Fairways are wide and are in excellent condition. Real sign of maintenance. But, I did find the tee boxes (white) in poor condition. There is a real sign of wear when the teeing area slopes to one side or the other. The bunkers are numerous and large. A bit crusty and not raked.
Overall a good experience. I would rate the Mountain view course in better condition and equally a challenge.
I did make a comment to the bag staff at the end of my round.
