Course in good condition for mid-August.
Greens are fast.
Some par 4’s very short and doglegged.
Had shower going on in main dining.
Bar area ac not working??

I made a reservation 12 hrs before my tee time in North Jersey on 12/12/20 with a cart for under $50.
I was paired with a threesome of locals who, like me, were just appreciative to be able to ride and play and for under $50.
Yes, tee boxes and greens are beat up a little (some were frozen).. Been my experience goes with the cost.
So if you are looking for tournament style golf and conditions in north jersey in December, this course may not be for you. What kind of golfer would be?
But if you have some free time (even last minute) and want to get out of the house, this is worth the money to play.

Open, flat course with greens which hold approach shots. Pace of play was fine and overall conditions were good. Good value and won't lose many balls.

Twosome, played early 7;30 am. First time playing and golf cart and gps in cart saved the day.Course was in good shape but greens were still moist and sand everywhere on greens. Completed round in less than 3 hours. No one on course.

Course took much rain night before playing. Shortened #10 to par 3.
Overall 4 rating as course was wet and greens had many ball marks and some crabgrass. Open layout, short, made for vacationers. Carolina Club, sister club, was in better shape only 2 days prior.
