First time playing since the changes .
Like the new layout , green complexes all new .
Good thing I know the coarse from old , my GPS. Didn’t . Greens were slow , fairways shaggy , but patience …. Let it grown in & will again be a great coarse …

Once again …. Read a bad review… not the case .
Got out as a single , 715 am … skipped 3-4 to get ahead of 2 groups , not that I’m anti social but rain was on its way .
Played alone . Greens had sand residue but rolled well apparently these are new greens . From the tips , challenging at times , lots of character, staff had no problem getting me back to 3-4 to complete round .finished & the rain showed up . Definitely going on my list when I come back .

Not a bad round for the buck .
Played through after 9 so was a fast 3 hour round .
I’ve seen bad reviews, I beg to differ .
Can see changes are being made for the good.
Looks like a long round though if not getting out early , less than 10 minute spacing never works .
I will go back to play on the cheap ….

Was cold & windy , must have kept all away , played alone . Starter Josh , let me go to ten to avoid small outling .Still enjoyed the coarse , need to go back when it’s a little warmer .

Coarse in good shape , staff friendly, lack of rangers aloud group in front to slow the pace to a crawl on back 9.
15 minutes apart ... no excuse.
Had to shoot one across their bow to send a message .
Does anyone know Korean? Think they cursed out my Mom ..

Chilly windy day on top of the land fill....
Was absolutely one of the most fun coarses I’ve ever played ..At $41 on golf now. Worth it
Some coarse knowledge would help , but targets for blind shots spot on .
Next time I won’t play it from the tips on a cold windy day. Will be going back

Played here & other 2 coarses ( Witch & Wuzard)
Unbelievable conditions ... greens perfect bent grass like home at M-0-W & Wizard , Witch Bermuda but rolled perfect . Went out first , so no comment on pace . At $118 for all 3 is a great deal .
The Witch has 1 bad whole , par 3 , but you forget about it by next 2 holes .... beautiful holes , bugs at Witch are taxing to say the least. Just stay in the sun
I had bug spray & dryer sheets ....Played with a gentleman named Larry ( sarcasm at its best ....says to me " why dryer sheets , cause bug spray doesn't work , right ???? " good PT
Will always go back & play these 3

I'm from Bergen co. Have county card there but have played Flanders 12 times already, I pay the $250 for out of co. Paid for itself already ....tee times 10 days ahead , always find times , Fell in love with this place 4 years ago ... What a turn around ... Every green covered with grass on every inch ....when cut . Some get slippery . Staff treats you like family
Better than the old Morris county staff....

Play often when at LBI ... Summer vacation Thanksgiving , Xmas , New Years , Easter. Always open.... Play from the tips & some interesting looks from tough angles... Can you draw & fade it ?? Par fives hard to reach in 2 ... Gone for it a few times on 17 .... Remember Tin Cup ??? I'll make it one day ...
When wind kicks up , always tough , greens could be faster but always good shape except # 4 ???
Forget ocean acres , save a few bucks away from Seaoaks , give Atlantis a try ... Always a great deal to be found at Golf Now .
