What a gem of a course. Nice that I was able to get on without a huge wait but surprised that more people don’t know about it. I have played many courses in SC and this is one of the top courses I have played and the price is incredible for the course. Everyone I met was really nice and the team in the clubhouse made me feel welcome. Go play this course you will not be disappointed.

Best customer service of my 5 days of playing golf in HH. This team really knows how to treat their customers. From the initial stop to drop bags to the club house for a burger and beer after the round. I cannot commend this group of people enough. When meeting with the starter he gave us a breakdown of the course and I was glad he did. Tough but fair were the results of the day. Will play this one again to appreciate the layout and hopefully be better prepared for some shots. Well Done Bear Creek!

The holes that we played were awesome. One hole was under major construction and the hole before it had trucks on it surrounding the green. I am sure this is not normal but when we arrived I asked the question about the condition to the starter and he said no construction was going on.

Staff was not friendly at all and when we made the turn the club house was closed at 4:00pm, very disappointing. This may be be normal for the time of year but knowing that would allowed us to buy extra water and Gatorade as it was hot.

Over all very disappointing as I would have loved to buy a shirt or two for me and my boys to remember the one course we scheduled on our first for our trip to Hilton Head.

If your looking for customer service this is not the place. Course was fun which made it even more of a disappointment.
