I have played eastlake before and love the layout. It has had its ups and downs and as of late the course has been in bad shape. They decided to oversees and give the course some love and I will admit that it is on its way back to being the great course that it was. If the new.ownwrship and staff deliver on what they are saying then eastlake will be once again one of the best courses in the area. Conditions are improving. Time will tell but as.of today 16 December 17 the course is a lot better than what it was.a.coulle of months ago. I hope they deliver and make eastlake great again.

Beautiful and challenging course. Course is well maintained and the staff was outstanding. Cart path only due to recent rains but pace of play was still good. Starter gave us some tips and he was spot on! Will be back to play again!!

Played this course as i had a voucher from underpar.com. Staff is very friendly and the course was in great shape. Awsome views form various parts of the course. Greens were fast but rolled true. Pace of play was average.

Played this course fo a practice round and then for the SD vs LA SoCal cup. Course is in great shape and the greens roll true except for #1 on the oaks. That green was different from all the other greens for some reason. Tale of two 9's. The oaks nine was manageable and the holes were in front of you to see the way they play. The stone house 9 was a totally different course. Blind shots, elevation changes and wind was more prevalent. All in all a great course, friendly staff and the food was good as well. Will definitely be back.

Found a deal on golfnow for $110 and couldnt pass it up. The staff is awesome. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist in any way possible. Course condition was excellent. Fairways were great, greens rolled true and bunkers were consistent. Challenging yet fun. Marshalls kept the pace of play and we finished in less than 4 hours on a saturday mid morning. Had a great time and will definitely be back to play and will say that it is one of the must plays in san diego!!!!

Played here as my wife got me a gift card for this course. Greens are immaculate and roll very true. Course is very walkable. There are a couple of holes that have two greens for some reason so you have to know which one is in play. Great views of San Diego bay. Pace of play is on the slow side but it is to be expected as that is a known thing about this course. Have a tee time or you can be here a while waiting to get on. Really enjoyed the course and the layout.

Course is in excellent shape. Got our round done in 4 hours. Very friendly staff and great facilities. Enjoy playing the course every time I am in Hawaii.

I played here in a military tournament. Course was in fantastic shape. Fast greens and great fairways. Course is challenging and if the wind is into you make sure you take more club. Greens roll true. Staff and facilities are top notch!

So I went back and played on Saturday the 31st of October. We started on the back nine as they had a 5k on the course that did not affect us in any way. Not a big deal and we were notified as soon as we checked in. Course is in fabulous shape and the greens are perfect. Fairways are in awesome shape and we finished the round in less than 4 hours. Will be coming back to play more often!!!

I play here often and the conditions of the course are improving. Fairways have patches here and there but overall in good shape. they are working on the greens and they are going from good to great. Pace of play depends on the time of the day. I normally am one of the first groups off and we get around in about 3:45. if you tee off after 8-830 you are looking at a 5 plus hour round(weekends). Staff is friendly and courteous. One of the better military courses in the area.

I have played here a couple of times and this is becoming one of my favorite tracks in the area. A links style course which is different than most courses around here. Greens are fast and firm and the balls rolls on the fairways. The wind plays havoc and you find that you will play shots that you don't normally play elsewhere. Challenging but fun and there are some risk reward holes. Staff is friendly and I love the fact that there are no houses on the course itself.
