This is not your average Executive course.
There are 9 par 3s, from the blue tees some were 180 to 200 yards in length.
4 par 4s, and 5 par 5s. The 18th hole plays 583 from the back.
Course was a little damp, but in good shape. Greens were good and rolled smooth.
There is a Family of Red Foxes that roam the fairways. They were fun to watch!

Del Monte is a very good golf course.

The fairways were narrow and the rough was long and damp.

The greens were smooth and very fast.

River Course at Alisal is in Solvang, CA. The middle of nowhere. The course is a Gem.

Layout is good. Fairways were fine. The greens were excellent!! Smooth and Fast!

Course was in good shape. Nice layout. Greens were almost perfect! they rolled smooth and fast,

The only negatives, the tee boxes were not very level and were in rough shape. The range balls were not very good.

I will play this course again.

This is a very good golf course with a little bit of everything. Straightaway par 5s to uphill par 4s to hitting off of a cliff.

The course and terrain are very unique. The course is fun!! The views are great! Depending on which tees you play, it is all you want!

Fairways were in pretty good shape, greens were very good, but toward the end of the day they get bumpy.

Cart died on the 15th hole, they had a new one for us before we finished the hole.

If you want a challenge with great views play Tierra Rejada!!

We got this on a "Hot deal" Got to the course early hoping to get breakfast. Due to Covid the restaurant is closed.
Pro shop staff were very friendly.
The course layout is very good.
Fairways were a little worn, but you could always find grass.
The greens were PERFECT!! Rolling true and smooth.
I will definitely play there again.

Good golf course. Greens were in very good shape,, a little soft in spots but overall very good. I advise taking a cart, it would be a tough course to walk.

Course is a nice layout. Fairways were a little thin and dry, but you are able to roll you ball to find a piece grass to hit off. Greens were not bad. They were firm and rolled well. Staff was friendly.

Golf course was in good condition, but the greens were perfect! It is not a long course, 5500 from the back tees and with the "hot deal" it is a great value.

Golf course has a lot of variety. Cannot hit driver off ever tee. Greens were good and smooth, traps had plenty of sand.

Course has received multiple inches of rain in the past week and fairways were wet but playable.

I played this course last year, and it was great! Fairways were ok (you can always find a piece of grass to hit off of), but the greens were outstanding (smooth and fast) and the course layout is fun.
This year when we arrived, we asked in the shop how the course was and they said, “The fairways and rough are a little long and the greens are a little shabby.” I had no idea what that meant. Now I do…terrible!
The fairways and rough need to be mowed and they will be fine. The greens were slow, bumpy and had bare spots.
Check with the shop before booking on Golfnow. If they say they are shabby, stay away!!!

Good golf course. Couse was in good condition, fairways had some bare spots, but the greens were very good.

A nice golf course about 45 minutes from San Diego.

The fairways were in fair shape, the greens were smooth and rolled true even though they were very wet.

The course is very tight!! Driver is not always the best play!!

Nice course, not very long from white tees (6100).

Back side has a number of holes with elevation changes. A local I played with walks it, front would be ok but the back would be a little severe in my opinion.

Fairway condition was fair.

Greens were punched, but they did something that I have never seen before; they only punched half of the green putting the cup on the good side of the green. If you hit an accurate shot to the green, odds are you do not have to deal with the punched side of the green. It is a great idea, I wish all courses would do this!!!

First time here.
Course was in nice shape, wind blowing about 20+ which is normal in the afternoon. The greens were smooth!!
GPS on cart was 10 yds off compaired to my Bushnell.

This is a very, very good golf course!

The layout is not your typical Desert golf, water is everywhere. The fairways were firm and fast. The greens are the BEST I have been on since I was on Hilton Head this year. They were Perfect! Smoooooth, but not overly fast, probably 10-11.
Pay attention to the GPS, course knowledge is a must, fairways will run out an you will get into trouble.
Friendly Staff and Great practice area.
I look forward to playing this course again when I come back to Tucson!

I played the "Classic Course" I am told it was the original 18. The course is Tough! Not all good shots are rewarded,,,,fairways were firm, rough was long and desert is everywhere. The greens had a lot of undulation, but were smooth and rolling well!

I would play it again, course knowledge would be helpful.

This is a good golf course with a nice layout.
The problem is the greens are in POOR shape.
They are bumpy and look like they were punched in the fall but never healed.

If it was not for the 'hot deal' I would have played elsewhere. I hope they get their greens in order before they start charging $95 to play.
