The cashier in the clubhouse was engaging and helpful. She gave us instructions on when we could tee off as there was no starter. She was the only person who did NOT seem offended by questions. They were reluctant and disinterested to give us ice or sell us beverages or snacks before the round. Bothered when we asked for more at the turn after hole 8... waiting for checking the tip box before handing over small cups of water!
We were told there would be water on the course. There was none! And, there was no cart service, as we had been told there would be. The gentlemen who tended our carts when we finished, provided us with water that they had at their fingertips!
This is negligent and disrespectful!

My group of friends (6 of us) happened up on this course for a great price on Groupon. We had the privilege of meeting the new owner, who greeted us and made sure we had a great time. The layout of the is interesting and it offers a challenge to players of a wide range of abilities. I'm a hack and s couple of my friends shoot in the 80s... everyone found some challenge and sone success.
I love the course and look forward to the next round and this impressive property!

I set the Tee time through golfnow, in the early afternoon for my wife and I, gambling that it may not be very busy and we wouldn't feel rushed. I also thought we would play alone. Unlike many times I've booked this way, I paid the the entire cost of the round online.
I get there to be told that we had to play with another couple.My mistake. I also forgot that I had paid and I offered my credit card in the clubhouse to pay the difference. The gentleman really seemed offended! My mistake. So we played 13 holes, frustrating the couple playing with us who felt compelled to coach us...we picked up on at least three holes, not finishing...AND THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US...even though the starter scoffed at my request to play behind the other couple!
Clearly, no one at this course cared whether we enjoyed or even finished our round. My mistake for expectingfyi be treated better! My mistake!
I'm sorry that you had expectations of playing alone in the middle of season. Next time, call the course, and get an honest response as to whether or not this is a possibility. Had you called us in advance, we would have been happy to share this information with you. We are always up front with all customers as to what we are able to provide. The course was extremely crowded the day that you played. Next time, don't gamble. Make a quick call, and be informed before booking.
