Played in 3 hours, had a great time. Made some pars, mostly bogeys . . . always an enjoyable round!

Just a straight forward no tricks round of golf (except for the water across the 16the fairway-- good thing I looked at the diagram). An enjoyable layout, a little rainy, water everywhere, seemed like both sides of every hole, but mostly out of play today. I had fun. I'd go back . . .

First time I've played Deltona earlier than noon in a couple of years . . . it's a whole different course in the morning! Played with two others-- both older than me (and better golfers) -- and thoroughly enjoyed the round.
Staff, course and amenities way above par!

Teed off at 7:30, done and in the car at 10 am-- played alone, worst hole when the single in front of me said "please, play through . . ." All downhill from there. Not the course's fault- mine. Had a good time anyway (always do). Early in the season, expect I'll play better as the year wears on. Was gratified to come home and watch Tiger . . . at least somebody's getting better . . .

Two days after the hurricane- course was in great shape-except for aerated and well sanded greens-- however, still sank a 35 ft birdie putt on three. Piles of debris located everywhere, but never in the line of play . . . lucky me, hun?
Deltona is always a great venue!

I was trying out a new driver (10.5- usually 9.5) thinking I would get extra distance, which I did, but I ended up hitting approach shots from places I've never been before-- I'm thinking with some more adjustments, there will be overall improvement over time . . . oh, wait . . . you meant the golf course, right?

I played at 12:30, started on time, paired the front 9 with a guy named Mike, and the back 9 with another guy named Mike (went as a single). Par was 62- I shot 80 (bogey golf! Great round for me . . .). Lots of water, generous amounts of sand, some OB. Delightful course, green grass, well kept, great staff- definitely would play it again, Sam, and also recommend to anyone in Lauderhill looking for a challenging, fast paced 18. First time I ever saw pace of play included on the score card . . .

DeBary Golf is a great course. We got stated late because of a club tournament that didn't quite finish on time, and it rained severely through the front nine (not Debary's fault); the club staff were friendly and thoroughly professional, the course was in great shape, the greens were fast and easy to roll right over, even after the rain stopped.

Got a $10.00 tee time from GolfNow when the course was charging $18.00, so I started out a winner. Didn't hit into the road on #2, so felt even better. Played with two young guys (teamed up on #3 because the foursome in front of us were really slow. The course was in great shape and it was an enjoyable day. I'd go back anytime . . .

It was almost raining the whole round- the sun came out on seventeen. Played alone, in three hours. I play the Deltona Club often, and it's always a pleasure. The course is always in excellent shape, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The new distance markers on the range are great!

Rough needs mowing! Lost a number of balls that were playable on previous outings. I/m never gonna play the US Open- don't need to hit out of 12 inch weeds three feet off the fairway . . .
