Greens were relatively flat, minimal break, true rolls, and only one green had a small tier. Older course amongst mobile home community with mature trees which provide SHADE during the hot weather. So at sitting in the shade with slow play. Good course to take a beginner or grandpa

Lots of variety with elevated Tees boxes, par 3's over canyons, dog legs, good views, greens rolled good, and nice finishing hole.

greens were soft, bunkers had real sand in them, fairways and surrounding area well vegetated and like a park even though houses are nearby,. Houses are not in play. No need to bring driver just irons are fine. Easy to walk with very short distances between holes. There is nice elevation changes so many shots were up or down hill. Course yardage might be off on some holes because I was long on a lot, Hole #1 has to be 15 yards shorter than the scorecard. My GPS device with 15,000 preprogrammed coursed did not work at this course.

Played Dunes Course on Sunday at 12:45 hot deal. Arrived 45 minutes early but no problem going out early this time of year. Cart guy picked up our clubs in the parking lot without us looking for him. Driving range not open because under work and same with some main lakes with wooden retaining walls. Fairways are wide but are tiered if on wrong tier you have lots of grass mounds / bad lies. Played whites and a lot of fairways need well placed shots. Ball did not carry much for some reason. Beautiful club house and let us play pool for free afterwards while watching PGA Championship. Bar closed but can buy beers at Pro Shop for $6.50. Go Play!

Fairways are wide, greens were bumpy and slow, played Sunday morning at 8AM hot deal. Cart was fast and so was pace of play. I prefer better greens but for $10 Hot Deal special it works! The pro shop is not in the main building rather in a portable building by the tennis courts. Bathroom is hidden in the back of the restaurant. Still fun and enjoyed the round.

Course is well maintained, greens on back 9 in the hills are tough to read & putt, fairways are somewhat narrow. Played blues at 6,000 yds and thought it was going to be easy. Boy, was I unpleasantly surprised and Par is only 70. Pace of play slow - teed off at 11AM on Saturday. Up to date club house.

Fairway cut with lots of Ka-Killa-Ya grass in the rough. Sometimes it will not allow the ball to compress or close the club face. Most times the grass is burnt out so it is not a problem. But a lot of fairways needs some TLC. Same grass is around the greens so ball does not bounce forwards. Rather ball bounces up and not onto the green. Okay to put on though. Course was busy for a 11AM tee time on a Friday.

The front 9 has ungulated fairways that makes a difference on how to approach the green. The back 9 is pretty flat and less like a links course. Many holes you have to work around and just can't hit driver. 200 yards straight works on many holes. The wind kicked up and brings back the links course like you see on the British Open. We play so many course with no wind so I embraced it. Just club up or down. Greens are firm, bunkers are mostly compacted sand. Will play it again!

The course is in a resort setting. Club house looks top notch. Driving Range is very flat for consistent stance, grass / not mats, and has a wedge range area!!! First time I have seen one. I played my own combo between Green and Gold. Fairways are wide enough and on the slightly forgiving side. But wind kicked up and does accentuate a fade / draw. Greens were firm but rolled true. Bunkers had average sand. Many holes have gorgeous water hazard. The water is clear / clean....no algae at this place. Is suppose to be a resort and feels like a resort. Coming back again.

Hothdeal had "Fast" icon but it wasn't. 7:52AM start and crowded. Grounds crew would not let players go out the back to stagger play and get everyone moving faster. Why isn't the grounds crew working in afternoon when no one is on the course? So ended up playing the front 9 twice. Course is narrow (houses are in easy range), greens were sanded, bunkers mostly watered down compacted sand. But what do you want for $13? The staff is friendly and they included free small bucket of range balls. Would play again but later start time.

they have three 9 holes courses to play. Green roll true and fairways are in great shape. Bunkers do have sand in them. Nice layout and each course has a different level of challenges. Stonehouse is the most difficult, then Oaks and Creek is pretty flat and straight forward. Go Play!

Almost impossible to hit a house and most fairways are enormous. There is no rough because the entire course is mowed grass. No desert rough just watch out for the water. The water features enhance the course. Played on Father's Day at 12:32 tee time and starter got me out 15 minutes early. I played in 2.5 hours and did not see anyone on the course. Greens are firm, did not leave one ball mark, some grass on the greens is very thin but ball still rolls good. Great course to take friends who don't golf too much. Played whites at 6,250 yds.

Front 9 has some narrow tree lined fairways, Greens are very subtle so sometimes hard to see if breaks is right or left. Played Thursday 7:30AM and finished by 10:10AM. I hit 2 balls on most of holes. Fairways in pretty good shape. Trees leaves are make it hard to find your ball when outside of the fairway.

Played Sat. at 1PM and say 2.5 hours as 2-some. Hard to miss a fairway because so wide. Grass is dark green and fairways are like driving range map. Greens are excellent with a grass that doesn't leave much a ball mark. Play for your ball to roll forward. Club house looks modern and blows Silver Rock away. In older neighborhood so don't let the low rent district fool you. This is a hidden gem and I will play again.

8am Sat tee time. Played south course. Heard the north course has island greens and holes 9/18 finish at the club house with water. South course came with free small bucket. Most greens are protect by deep large bunkers so the shot to green usually has to have height and carry. Most greens have lots of movement. Depending on pin placement, one can easily put off the green. 2 club up wind in the morning. Don't know what afternoon is like but when we left a noon it was the same. Club house wants to see your golfnow receipt.

Bunkers are in poor shape. Many with debris in them. Twilight rate was $38 on Sunday and got behind a tournament (on a Sunday?) Round took 5.5 hours. Course was beautiful this time of year, not a great value (for me), and would only recommend to a friend so they would know what it is like.

Played from the white tees. Fairways and greens in great shape. Greens roll "longer" than most. Don't seem fast, ball just keeps rolling. Need to be fairly straight off half the tees but most fairways have more room than you think. Not crowded for Friday afternoon. .

Hole 3 has a false front and it is almost impossible to 2 put when pin is on the left.

I play this course often because of the low price and close to my house. You have to be prepared to play with guys in jeans and t-shirts. There are some holes where people cut through and can delay when you tee off. Greens are typically slow and ball bounces a lot. But you can't beat the price for a practice round.

Front 9 is more difficult and challenging than the back 9. Back 9 is what you see from the I-15. Front nine winds through the back canyons with some narrow fairways. Hole 9 is a driveable Par 4 that plays say 30-40 yards shorter than the scorecard distance. So, wait for the green to clear Fairways are in great shape compared to other courses I have played this time of year.
