Course was in pretty good shape. It’s quirky. Several blind shots. #2 is tough. #18 is borderline silly. Teed off behind the senior men. Too many to play through so it was a bit slow. Only my second time to play there, I’d play it differently next time. You know, hit the ball better and make more putts😁 It’s a nice choice in the area.

But overall a great layout.
Bring your best game or move up on the tees.
I played the golds (6000 yds)
same as at home in Florida.
Mountain golf is tough.

I’ve played here since it opened. Some very nice and needed changes. Haven’t been here in several years. Well kept beautiful layout. Several difficult holes offset by several straight forward holes. Very challenging from the tips (if I still remember correctly;)

Vacationing in the area and found this course on Golf Now. Made reservation at 9:00am for 11:45AM same day. No problems at all (GPS took me to the wrong place:) Check in was uneventful.
Started on the back nine - no big deal. Nice layout. Tricky greens (back straight and soft/front hard, fast, sloping)
Several blind shots made it slow due to the mixed 3-some ahead of me (caught them on the 5th hole, followed the rest of the round.)
Course was in decent shape (it is, after all, October).
I plan to go back.

Vacationing in the area (Darien). Looked for courses online. Price/proximity had me interested. Hot Deal sealed the deal. Played on a Monday and a Friday. Outstanding weather both days (October 18/22). Plan to return on Monday, October 25.
Course is in great shape. Greens quick and straighter than they look:) Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Had 10:08 tee time but got off early. Caught a couple of groups who let me play through. Surprised but pleased that it was not crowed either day. I'll plan to play again when we return to Darien.

Great views from the highest point in the state. I like the layout. It’s just a bit rough right now. A couple of holes are contrived but overall a nice experience.

I like the layout. Conditioning is sketchy. Some greens were pretty bad. 10 bucks - it was fine.

I've played here several times over the past several years. It's not my first choice, but the price is usually good and pace of play is usually ok. I've been there when I wanted to leave because of the conditions, but they seem to be working hard to improve. The layout is interesting and you need to hit various shots. Not real long, but who needs that?:) 3 nines make for a nice "new" look each time. I'll play there a couple of times before the end of the year.

Second time at SR. Very enjoyable day. Starter worked hard to get us off early and the single that joined us was wonderful and fun. Elevation changes are dramatic and I like the lay out. Like most CF courses right now the grass is sketchy in places but the greens/tees were very nice. We'll go back.

RL is close and convenient. Condition is what I expected - 7 out of 10 - greens were in pretty good condition. Course is quirky in places but it's an enjoyable layout. We had a fine time.

Course stays wet. Pretty good shape/ pretty typical. I go there when I don't want to drive anywhere. I've been there 4 times in the past 10 months and the range has been closed every time. The guy I played with came for the range (closed).
I like the layout. Conditioning is "tired".
Like many courses in the area there is just not enough $$ to go around.
I'll go back because it's close.

Worth the drive (50 minutes) when I have the time. Challenging layout. Not much real trouble but you can hit it in the wrong place. Several holes give nice options. I like the course.
