Plated golden bear tees. Great challenge and greens were in great condition. 18 is a great finishing hole and staff was very friendly. Bought 2 Caesar wraps on turn. They were good but overpriced. Everything else I felt offered value for our money

I played this course today for the first time. The course is in fabulous condition and pace of play was great. We played in under 4 hours and never waited to hit a shot. Sand traps are in excellent condition. The greens were very good and exceptional compared to any public course I have played around Charlotte. The fairways were excellent and rough well maintained as to where it was difficult and fair. I really liked the course and have heard many times this is Charlotte’s best public course. After playing it today I understand why I hear this from many golfers. If you have not played this course and enjoy good quality golf you need to spend the time and money to play this course. Very enjoyable day!

Front 9 has 3 par 3’s and 3 par 5’s. It took 3 hours to play front nine as tees were stacked two and three deep at almost every tee box through the first 13 holes. After that the pace of play smoothed out but by then the round was nearly over. The fairways were hard and greens were bumpy. I would not recommend playing this course on a weekend if you have other options due to pace of play. No one inside clubhouse was trying to move the groups on that were backing the course up.

Played course 14 days earlier and some greens were good and others bad but wrote off to recovering from winter. Played again expecting greens to be a little better but I found all the greens to be in horrible condition. The fairways and tee boxes were poor both times and two of my friends had sand shots and the sand traps had no sand. The bunker lips are cut and pine-straw landscaped with precision while the course playing conditions in not close to acceptable for a quality golf course. The green fees however are what you would expect to pay for a quality golf course. Disappointing Experience. Be warned.

Best greens I have played period. I enjoyed reading and putting these greens! If you enjoy the challenge of putting you will enjoy ths course. Layout was a little hilly for my taste but still a great golf course. The value is exceptional.

Enjoyed course. Layout of back 9 was a little tricked up for my taste with several blind shots. Greens were small and requires accurate approach shot. Would recommend. Pace of play was excellent with 18 holes in under 4 hours and course was busy.

Course layout was great. Some greens had winter damage and unrepaired divots. Others were excellent. I want to play course again after the fairways and teeboxes start to grow grass in spring. I would definitely recommend

This course was recommended to me as a good value and I found that to be true. The course wss in great shape. The bunkers were well maintained. The practice range was excellent and included in price of round. I play at a private club so I did not know what to expect for pace of play but we played 18 holes in just over 4 hours. Onle negative to course was seeer bunkers on several holes but we never had an issue hitting into them. Other than that the corse was beautiful, especially enjoyed number 9. We played the pro tees so course offered a lot of opportunity to hit driver and found par 3 challenging. Great time with my sons at a great price.
