Coyote Ridge Golf Club
Played On 12/06/2018I'd wait awhile!
This course is on our "regular" rotation, so we generally enjoy the course. To be honest, it has some major standing water issues caused by the draining of Lake Lewisville and it looks like it will take AWHILE to fully recover. I have heard that hole 10 is being "redesigned" which is long overdue as it is FAR too difficult for the average golfer (9 and 11 aren't far behind...it's a TOUGH 3 in a row!. One major annoyance is the large number of "cart path only" holes EVEN when the course is dry and in good shape. Clubhouse and staff are EXCELLENT. We'll be back but not until at least March!

Continue to get sucked in once a year by the free breakfast and lunch (they have dropped the 2 free beers!) Course continues to be a disappointment as it could be so much more. No starter on our day so there were twosomes/foursomes and threesomes all intermingled and excruciatingly slow play. Bunkers have been terrible for years. Many fairways seemed to be flooded due to sprinkler issues.
The Golf Club At Fossil Creek

Fossil Creek is in our "regular rotation." On this day the course was in PERFECT condition...fairways AND greens. One of the great things about this course isn't even ON the course...following our play at FC we ALWAYS stop for lunch at Shady Oak BBQ....
