Good course conditions. Fairways have been over seeded and were being fertilized today. Greens were true with very few bad spots. Great to see that the new owner understands the importance of keeping the course in good condition. It appears that a few bunkers have been filled still a very good test. Will be back

A wide open course with very few trees. I. Would not like to play here if windy. Greens were fine but the fairways were quite sparse. Pro shop friendly with a fair range. Good value for florida golf.

Holes 1 to 4 are difficult if you have not played here as the Tee shots are blind. Numbers 1,3, and 4 are dog legs left with no indicators as to where to hit the ball. #17 and 18 fall of the side of a severe hillside, Holes 5 to 16 are in the lower portion of the course and are reasonable. Bring lots of balls.

Some of the tee shots are very challenging with carries of 160 to 180 yards. As an older golfer I am having more difficulty in carrying the necessary distances = but still fun trying. Love the layout as there are no houses on this 18 to interfere with your thought process. As it was spring, we did manage to see an Eastern Diamondback on #10 cart path. Just saying!! As always the course is a treat to play.

Course was fun to play with some challenging tee shots .As an older golfer who carries the ball about 175 yards some tee shots were tough - but I survived. Only lost one ball. Make sure you play the appropriate tees

Course plays longer than the 5500 yards from the blues as the par 3''s have some good length to them. Had an enjoyable time but did find the greens to be very full and SLOW.

Don't let the yardage fool you. The Par 3's are a real challenge from the blue tees. Greens very very slow we found. Felt like they were stimping about 7. Somewhat of a unique layout. Very short Par 4's and 5'd with long Par 3's. A good test for a 15 HCP

Course was in great shape with fast greens and good fairways. Got a great deal through Golf Now. Course did not appear to be that busy (Virus I guess) so played in about 4 hours. Emphasis on the driver - If you hit the ball in the fairway and decently long you will be rewarded. Our favourite course to play in the Daytona area. Unfortunately had to go home eartly this year.

Love the layout of the golf course. Even from the white tees, there are problems if you do not hit your driver well. One par 3 has a 180 yard carry over some marsh and creek. Regardless, it was a joy to play. I am going to come back again next spring and hopefully conquer #18. Thank-you for allowing us to play such a great course at a very good price through GolfNow.

d to be the problem and the new greens super is doing a great job in improving the situation from a year ago. This is a great layout and nice to see the course coming back. Just stay out of the dormant bermuda rough.

A challenging but fun experience again. Choose your tees wisely as there are some 180 yard carries from the White tees. Fairways are generous, good tee boxes, and decent greens. Greens had a few blemishes but overall very satisfactory. A very professional and friendly staff including the bag boys, pro shop staff, cart girl, and marshal. Will definitely play again. Thanks for the treat as this is by far the best course we have played in the area.

Greens were quite good, but tee boxes needed work as they were very sparse in places. The back nine is a tricky layout where precission is required so choose yOUR tees carefully as there is lots water to contend with. A fun course to play.

Seems like the course is not in as good a shape as it was last year at this time. Greens appeared to be a little damaged in spots and some of the bunkers need attention. We usually try to play the Hills course which in my opinion is far superior as there is only wilderness and no houses to disrupt your golf experience. Jones is still a good track and fun to play even though it is more exposed to the spring Florida winds.

One best layouts in the area. A fun course to play even though the greens are in horrific condition. As an agronomist, I have come to the conclusion that there is problem with the soil in this area as Cypress Head next door has the same difficulty with their greens. The greens were recently top dressed to assist with the grass sparceness, but I believe the problem is soil related. I empathize with the staff trying to deal with this dilemma.

Played on Friday afternoon. Course was extremely busy making for a 4.5 hour round. Course layout was average at best with no real memorable holes. Greens were very slow today. Pro shop and outside staff friendly.

Despite the fact that the starter seemed overwhelmed today, we really enjoyed playing the course once again. Greens were very good with a quick speed. The fairways are very wide and quite lush. Bunkering is not severe with fairly good sand. Overall the course is a pleasure to play.

Greens were in good condition but fairways and tee boxes need attention. #14 is a great hole. Make sure you take enough of the water to afford you a shot into the green for your second shot. Looks like they ran out of real estate with the design team and had to fit a very short par three in on #16. Two par 5's to finish is also a little strange in terms of design, but overall a decent course to play.

Although the layout of the course is great and the greens very good, the fairways are in bad shape. They seem to be very dry and hard. Makes for some excellent drives that run out in some cavernous bunking. Just be careful where you drive the ball and lay up if prudent to do so. Sometimes difficult to find your ball in the rough with all the dried out leaves.

Greens are still in tough shape. Some noxious weeds are starting to work their way into the greens now. Maintenance will have to jump on this quickly or they will become really poor.

Greens are still in tough shape from the winter frost. Are getting a little better, but now it appears that some noxious weeds are taking hold around the outer edges of some greens. Fairways are excellent. The pro shop staff warned us of a weather system that was supposed to come in that day - but we decided to play anyway. Very few people on the course and my wife and I finished in 3:15 hours. What a difference when you never have to wait!!!
