greens really good,fairways not overseeded,.tees need work...cart paths in terrible condition..Staff extremely courteous and friendly..

very playable local course
Mayfair in much better condition than I thought based on last time I played..whom ever is running this course has done wonders,staff is efficent and friendly..while the course in general is so/so,the important areas the fairways and greens are very playable..it is a great old layout and not that easy...if they continue to make improvements on the Tees and Cart paths it could command a higher price which may not be that good for everyone...
