This is a private course that allows GN in during the summer. I was totally disappointed. All around condition and routing were no better than local public facility. It appears new ownership is letting this one go.

This facility is overall a first class operation in great condition. It is grassed, tee to green, with Paspalum grass. If you have never played on paspalum grass....it is DIFFERANT! Fairways almost feel like hitting off mats at driving range, and greens are deceptively slow. While the grass is beautiful, if you're unfamiliar with it, it WILL add strokes to your score.

Excellent condition after long hot summer. From bag drop, to pro shop, to range and practice area, to snack bar and even the carts....all top notch! Tee boxes for every level. Risk reward 18th was fun to play. Not overly tough, but rough is true Bermuda.
Folks....this is true country club golf...dress and act like you've been there before....a real Gem from Golf Now.

Course in great shape for mid-summer. Nice variety of holes. Best cart GPS I've seen. Helpful staff and great snack bar. Put this one on your list!

If you don't get lost at least once trying to find the 1st Tee, you're better than me.

1-9 course very nice...greens still recovering from aeration....10-18 course is a bit neglected all around...did not play 19-27. Professionally run and staff was great. If you don't hit straight, your in for a long day.

Old Florida Muni in decent shape. This is by no means a destination course. Perhaps the slowest greens I've ever putted on. Good course for beginners.

Played on July 1st. While most other courses have given superintendent off for the summer and let their course bake in the sun with no maintenance, this place was almost pristine. Wide fairways and hugh tricky greens. Not much rough but what there is, is punishing thick bermuda. Best facility I have played in two years in Florida.

Nice layout in decent shape for summer. Local knowledge is a must. Members reluctant to let twosome play through, but overall a good experience.

If you pick up a bite to eat at the turn, be careful on 10th green. As you are putting, Mr. Racoon will steal whatever is left right out of your cart.....

This is an old and tired muni in terrible shape. Good course for beginners.

Interesting course with very few hazards. Course in average + condition. Entire property showing its age.
I can appreciate its history, but even with a hot deal it's overpriced.

Disappointed in overall condition of course. The superintendent must be on vacation. Some tee boxes just dirt. Areas surrounding greens were unkept. Hole locations had not been changed in at least a week. Greens still recovering from aeration, but almost there. It's a shame when a good course allows conditions to fall below par. "AP" would not be a happy camper if he saw the current conditions.

Pleasently surprised with layout and condition. Greens still coming back from aeration and rather slow. Overall this is a good stop.
P.S. To staff....put up some directional arrows for first timers....we got lost three times.

This is a tired, struggling small town country club. It's obvious members don't like outside players. Decent design and condition, and worth a stop if the price is right. This is definatly NOT a "destination" golf course.

This golf course is old and tired. A few interesting holes, but condition is all around terrible.

Greens AND fairways recently aerated. Could not play ball down and greens ...as you would expect were terrible to putt on. GolfNow should make sure facilities advise them so they can warn us. Staff was great...will return as course looked like it could be real nice.

From previous reviews I was expecting better. Fairway grass is so thin if they aren't careful they may loose them. Course is non-discript, barely a tree to be found and you will bake in the heat. Tried to think of which hole might be the signature hole.....couldn't figure it out as every one looks the same. Greens putted true but were in serious need of water. Remember, this is a new course and has some growing to do, but if they let it get this baked in May how bad will it be in July?
All around great staff. First impression.....dirty golf cart....not good.

Overall this course is worth a stop. Played front in one over....back nine ate my lunch. First time players, seek out someone who knows the course as back is full of surprises.

Three nines...played Challenge / Sands....interesting and enjoyable . Being a private facility, I was disappointed in the inconsistent condition of greens, and overall course conditioning. Worth a try if your in the Sun City area.

Played from the Whites and enjoyed it.... (16 handicap)....about 5600. 6700 from tips. Course in better shape than most, with friendly staff. Greens recently aerated so should be perfect in a month or so.

Give this one a try....you won't be disappointed.

Worst conditioned GC in Tampa Bay area that I have played. Forced to play preferred lies as fairways are dirt. Normally I will use 2-3 Tees per round.....broke "18" Tees today the place was so baked out.....and this is the rainy season. Gave 5 stars for pace of play as nobody else on course....now I know why. If you see a coupon to play this place for FREE.....pass it up! Played here because of course designer....if he saw it today he would roll over in his grave...........
Even the golf cart was filthy......friendly staff.
