You can’t go wrong for the dollar amount
Straight forward track , decent greens
Fun round relatively easy

Good track easy off the tee and tuff into greens
Most greens well bunkered and undulated.
Bunkers in good shape
Position of second or third shot from fairway that will be going into green very important .
All kinds of different lengths on par 3's
Was getting bored of courses were all par 3' from last two tees are 200 yards
Played with my wife tees boxes well set up for distances for all
Definitely will play again

Nice track but a few things would have made round better
GPS in carts would have been nice at that price point instead of reading a card that my reading glasses could barley pick up.
Carts are old and tired.
Tee areas are marked poorly in places our foursome drove by a couple and had to turn around and we noticed other foursomes doing the same.
I just find it frustrating that there is no sand in bunkers not enough to get the club under the ball and at that price point , I expect it.

Course is starting to show wear but still in above average shape. No dormant Bermuda. Green all the way through. We are defiantly coming back to play the other 18

Good course For the value
Great bunkers , fairways and greens better maintained then a lot of courses for $$$

Course set up well for woman. In fact all tee boxes represent any skill level with good choices for a enjoyable round. Only minor complaint was putting green. Very playable just a bit thin on grass.
also my other minor beef with most courses is sand in bunkers and being a uniform amount and depth . With a course using bunkers as its protection it should maintain them so a player of any skill level should be able to get out.

Course had lots of water , could have been friendlier for people playing forward tees
Sand traps not consistent with sand
