We've watched this course and, what's left of its facilities, deteriorate over the years and now it's a comedy of errors. Course conditions are awful and none of the employees seem to care. Not worth the money or aggravation.

We play here often in summers and it's always in great shape. Challenging little par 3 course with one par 4. Great views of Courthouse Rock, the course meanders thru the townhomes.

This is the worst conditioned golf course in Sun City. Food and beverage is almost non existent, unless you like chili dogs. Little or no sand in the bunkers and they're full of rocks. Greens are hard as a rock. The super uses vegetable dye on the greens and fairways. There are many other better options in Sun City or Sun City West.

Walked on as a single about 1130 a.m. No wait and played in about an hour. Great views of the city with a good assortment of long and short par 3's.
