The Club at Venetian Bay
Played On 10/20/2018Disappointing
Greens were slow. Fairways were very sparse/thin. The rough was un-maintained and needs to be cut more frequently. It doesn't help pace of play when you can lose a ball 5 feet off the fairway. Several greens had dead patches. The course is not priced appropriately to match the condition presently. It is clear they are cutting costs. This is fine, just put the price to match.
Disney's Magnolia Golf Course
Played On 04/29/2017Unimpressive for Disney
The range was mostly sand. They are double booking the tee times. We had to go off the back. Took 5 hours. No ranger. Conditions were fair but for the price and the expectations of Disney, it was a sub-par experience.
Falcon's Fire Golf Club
Played On 06/26/2016Horrible Conditions and they lie to you about them
Uneven sod patches everywhere. Dirt patches everywhere. Large areas of all greens are simply dirt. The course is a mess. The worst part though is the course management, as they flat out lie to you on the phone when you ask about the condition of the course. I HIGHLY recommend you avoid Falcon's Fire.
No on the course ranger watching pace of play either.
The Club at Venetian Bay
Played On 06/25/2016Mow the greens
Greens were way too slow. Mow and roll the greens and it would be MUCH better.
Thank you for your feedback on your recent round at Walt Disney World® Golf. We apologize for the fact that your were displeased with the facilities and services that your experienced. We hope that you will play our wonderful courses again in time to come, so we can exceed your expectations upon your next visit to Orlando.
Unfortunately, last week, our golf courses, along with hundreds of other courses nationwide experienced a tee sheet software crash, and were unable to access our available inventory, which led to a lot of the confusion. We did our best to accommodate everyone, but apologize for the fact that your were inconvenienced by this situation.
We have also experienced a very hot and dry Spring here in Orlando, and our courses, along with most every other course in Central Florida are suffering from the drought conditions. Bring on the rain! :-)
If you would like to discuss what you and your group encountered during your visit with our management staff, please feel free to reach out to our leadership by emailing disneygolfreservations@palmergolf.com so that we can help resolve your residual concerns.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us!
