Course a little rough this time of year. Greens just fair. Played 18 in just 2 hrs.

The course has improved over the last 6 months. Especially the greens, much improved.
Play is very slow. Waited on average 9 min. at each tee.

Greens are absolutely terrible. Tee boxes some mostly sand. Fairways inconsistent, some wet spongy, mixture of weeds and creeping Florida grass. They have weeded out sand traps, and reseeded some tees and fairways. No consistency.

Course has gone down hill since earlier this yr. Sand traps are now weed traps. Greens are a joke, weeds,sand, many bare spots. Good luck in putting.
Course has been for sale for some time now, nothing being done to improve course.
I will say that in 2015, and early 2016 greens where in great shape. I was playing there two to three times a week then.

Nice executive course. Greens fast for the most part.. fairways could be improved.
