Portrush, County Antrim
The Dunluce course has a broad sweep moving back and forth between duned areas to moguled valley holes
I have played Spyglass Hill at Pebble Beach and I believe this course to be better.
Gamble Sands offers a tantalizing combination no other course can match: true links style, authentic fescue turf, beautiful weather, and above all a chance to play the best golf you ever have.
For a course that is of the minimalist ilk Erin Hills got every single detail correct. There isn’t a tee shot or approach shot that doesn’t immediately grab your interest
While there were several forgettable shots hit, there were few if any forgettable holes, and the course conditions were perfect.
Ardglass, County Down
With a five-year plan in place for improvements to the golf course, it's only going to get better.
Turnberry, South Ayrshire
It delivers incredible scenery, top-shelf architecture, and one of the best settings for links golf in Scotland.
TPC Deere Run did not disappoint, for sure a course to cross off the bucket list.
Portrush, County Antrim
Highly recommend having a caddy to help navigate the undulating fairways.....or help you find your ball when you miss!
The course is in pristine condition from tee to green. The staff are friendly and the beverage cart is very regular if you need it.
