Canada's most scenic golf courses by photographer Andrew Penner
From Vancouver Island to Newfoundland -- and all the nooks and crannies in between -- Canada is an incredible country to explore. The scenery is absolutely spectacular. And, thankfully, if you're into golf, that jaw-dropping scenery is on display on many of the Great White North's most notable courses.
Golf-rich areas like the Canadian Rockies -- heard of the Banff Springs Golf Course before? -- the Thompson Okanagan region in British Columbia, Ontario's Muskoka, and the stunning coastlines of Cape Breton boast some of the most beautiful golf courses in not just Canada, but the entire world.
While there are courses in every province (there are 10 of those) and every territory (there are three of those), it's undeniable that the mountainous regions in the west, the rolling mixed forests in the middle, and the gorgeous coastlines in the east are home to the prettiest courses. Here is a sampling from Canada-based golf course photographer Andrew Penner.
