What handicap would you need to be at before it becomes worthwhile? I am not a very good golfer and would not want clubs based on my current swing. I anticipate my swing improving greatly over the next couple years.

Let’s start with some basics. Club fitting is a process in which a trained fitter creates a set of clubs that is perfectly matched to your swing.

Seventy three with bad knees but love to play the game. Usually around bogey golf from forward tees, not very long off tee (very important shot for me to score), maybe 110-120 with seven iron, use hybrids and fairway clubs front beyond 140. Would a fitting be beneficial? I do play 3-5 times weekly as often as weather will allow in Virginia.

How many swings do you usually have to take for a fitting? Can you do a fitting after a round of golf, e.g., a 65 year old golfer?

If you really want to know Club Fitting 101 from an engineering approach please read the following article. https://golfclubfittingsystem.com/golf-clubs-101

When getting fit for clubs should they take in consideration wrist floor-length Plus lie angle or just one of the other

I''ve got Rifle Project X 5.5 shafts in my irons, easily hit 8 iron 150. Multiple drivers and flexes all go about 225. I'm told by two local pro's that my driver distance is at.least 15 to 20 yrs short based on my iron distances. Any ideas out there?

We now have our first step in the process for the Holistic Golf Performance System student (on the golf side) to be fitted with my childhood golf and baseball friend Glenn Belden at Belden Golf in South Daytona,, FL. If they are not open to getting their shafts "splined", for instance, so they don't oscillate (all shafts are imperfect and need to be balanced)-then they probably won't be open to our holistic health coaching either! How else can you make "Golf-the Game/Sport of a Lifetime"?

That is so funny that you mentioned Belden's Golf! I just went there last week and got fitted by Glenn and he is amazing! He spent about 2.5 hrs with me and when I left there I was so excited with the results that I can't wait to get my new clubs and get back out on the course.

I choke up on my driver anyway. So if cut an inch off the shaft what can I expect from doing it?
