We've received hundreds of photos since our last edition of top golf course photos of the week. Golfers have been filing reviews and photos from courses near and far. Images were filed from a major championship and Ryder Cup venue, the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island, a Hawaiian gem at Mauna Lani and one of the top resort golf courses in Orlando, Ritz-Carlton Golf Club.
Remote Giant's Ridge in northern Minnesota, which is a 36-hole resort I'm familiar with, certainly delivers the eye candy on both the Legend Course and Quarry Course.
But we've also got some gems you've probably never heard of that, after seeing these photos, may intrigue you. Near Tampa, Fla., scenic Cove Cay Country Club is apparently "on a comeback" writes one reviewer. There are also some gorgeous North and South Carolina courses that make use of some rugged landscape for green, mountainous backdrops.
