Florida's historic El Campeon at Mission Inn tops Power Rankings for the week of July 14-20

Golfers in Florida have been flocking to Howey in the Hills for nearly a century for fine golf, and it's little surprise that Mission Inn Resort & Club's El Campeon is the top-rated course of the week on GolfAdvisor for the week beginning July 14.

El Campeon is a historic course I've had the pleasure of playing and it's a most unique play for central Florida, full of rolling hills and classic-era design. Just about 30 minutes from Orlando, this resort is so secluded it feels like one of the most remote parts of the state.

Here are the top-rated courses of the week by GolfAdvisor raters for the week of July 14th in overall, conditions and value categories.

(Editor's Note: Courses needed a minimum of five ratings for the week to qualify, Ties are broken by cumulative scores in sub-categories.)
