We've tallied up the totals of the thousands of golf course ratings and reviews submitted to GolfAdvisor last week and found the top-rated courses in the U.S.

The big winner is Augustine Golf Club, located in Stafford, Va. The course earned near-perfect ratings in each of the seven categories scored 1-thru-5. Beltway golfers: put this course on your short list this summer.
