Course Review of the week

Our review of the week comes from New Jersey resident ullbs4934LL, who is reporting that Maryland's Patriots Glen National Golf Club continues its comeback after being closed between 2013-14 until new ownership brought it back to life. Will it make our 2016 edition of Most Improved Courses of the year? Stay tuned.

Here's what the reviewer had to say about the course in his four-star review:

"We had golfed Patriots Glen many years ago and loved it. Then it was let go and closed. New owners have reopened it and it is on the way back. I was very surprised by the improvement and would like to commend the new owners. One area that needs attention is the sand traps. They were washed out and need more sand. Hey, Rome was not built in a day. Anyhow, hope to play there again."
