The Best Source I've Found for Golf Balls

I'm not going to lie to you: I like when people ask my advice about golf stuff.

It's one topic I know a lot about (there aren't many) and it makes me feel like I'm being truly helpful.

This past Sunday, a friend asked me a question I thought you might also want the answer to.

It came up as he pulled his golf bag out of "hibernation" to play our first round of the year here in Rockland County, NY.

As he reached into the ball pocket, he realized he was low on ammo and needed to stock up for the upcoming season.

"Where do you get your golf balls?," he asked, implying I had an insider source.

Well, I do have a source, and I'll tell you exactly what I told him:

todays photo "Golfballs.com. I don't mess around with anything else."

I mean it. I use the site to buy for myself, for clients, and for gifts for friends and family.

(Don't laugh; besides lessons, aren't golf balls what most golfers are usually in need of? Get someone their favorite ball, personalized, and I'm telling you, you're in.)

What do I specifically like about golfballs.com ?

They're easy: Finding what you want and buying is effortless and fast.

They're stocked: If you're going to call yourself "golfballs.com," you better carry every golf ball known to man. From what I can tell, they do (in house, for that matter).

They're fast: Balls usually ship the day you order them. Even personalized balls are printed that day and ship the next. Other companies take five days to do this.

They're personal: Speaking of personalization, that's kinda their "thing." So, if you're into custom balls (or caps, towels, shirts...even bags) these are the guys to use. Their photo ball technology is so good, for example, competitors pay to use it.

They're trustworthy: Ever feel like websites enjoy being anonymous? Not these guys. President and CEO Tom Cox lists his email address and phone number in plain sight. You can also text or video chat with them or even visit them if you're in Lafayette, Louisiana. I've never had a problem with an order, but they also offer a full refund within 30 days.

They're priced right: Golfballs.com is usually as low as or lower than any of the retailers you'd want to do business with. Could you spend a couple hours searching the web or driving around at $3.70/gallon to save two dollars? Probably. Personally, my time is worth more to me. I'd rather spend two minutes on their website and have the balls delivered to my door.

By the way, I'm on their email list and this morning I learned of a promotion they're running where you can get a ton of tour-quality golf balls with free personalization (about $70 worth of free stuff).

I can't reveal any more details here, but you can learn more right now at golfballs.com .
