Tiger's Eye Golf Links at Ocean Ridge Plantation on Ocean Island, N.C.

Tiger's Eye Golf Links at Ocean Ridge Plantation is one of four golf courses at Ocean Ridge north of Myrtle Beach, S.C, in Brunswick County, N.C. The course is a Tim Cate design from 2000 and is one of the 10 Grand Strand golf courses named in Golf Digest's "Top 100 Places you can Play" ranking in 2008.

Tiger's Eye spares no details here and features five sets of tees ranging from 7,014 yards to 4,502. It's also especially aesthetic, with large waste bunkering with small trees littered amongst them, large lakes and stone walls lining hazards. Thirteen holes feature water hazards, including three of the four par 3s. The other par 3, however, is covered tee-to-green with a giant waste trap.

Tiger's Eye is located right next to Panther's Run and Lion's Paw. They share a large driving range and practice area, but Tiger's Eye has a smaller, separate clubhouse, just a stone's throw away from the larger clubhouse.

Tiger's Eye has a small grill, but if you want a proper meal, head across the street to this larger clubhouse and golf shop. Leopard's Chase is located about a mile away in an entirely separate facility.
