There's a clear winner in this week's edition of GolfAdvisor Power Rankings: The River Course at Sevierville (Tenn.) Golf Club in the Smokey Mountains. The course earned high marks over reviews left last week.

The city-owned course opened in 2011 and is now a favorite getaway for Knoxville residents or those passing through the Smokeys. The course also earned top marks in the value category for the week.
